We aim to challenge sex discrimination and to uphold the rights and protections that relate to sex as set out in the Equality Act 2010.
We are committed to the protected belief that sex is binary and immutable and that sex matters in everyday life. The law requires the rights of people with different protected characteristics and protected beliefs to be balanced in the workplace, and we are committed to assisting UK police achieve that balance.
We are an independent and secular network that is neither affiliated with the NPCC, Superintendent’s Association, PFEW, SPF or any trade unions, nor any other external organisation.
Our mission is to promote sex equality and equity between women and men so that we can all thrive at work and fulfil our potential. We focus on highlighting unlawful sex discrimination, upholding sex-based rights and tackling stereotypes about women and men. We recognise that ensuring sex equality and equity sometimes requires treating women and men differently, according to our different rights and needs.
We actively advocate for the rights and well-being of our members, ensuring they are supported and represented.
Our platform encourages community engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and unity among our members.
We are the public and the public are the police. We strive to maintain and promote high standards and improve public confidence in policing.
We aim to work with all UK Forces to provide valuable training and development on the Equality Act 2010, the Gender Recognition Act 2004 and relevant case law in order to enhance the skills and knowledge of all Police Officers & Staff.
